The Center for Girls was founded on April 15, 1998, on the initiative of two volunteers of SOS Helpline for Women and Children Victims of Violence. The aim of its foundation was to improve the social position of young women through their education and emancipation.
THE MISSION of the Center for Girls is girls' and young women's empowerment through education, activism and creativity.
“Soaping” workshop
Thursday was yet another creative day at the Center for Girls, where our activists Sanja and Marta held a workshop “Soaping”.

We joined our friends from Zagreb, activists from the organization Women's Room - Center for Sexual Rights, in marking the "National Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women".
Human trafficking is still an invisible phenomenon in Serbia
On July 30th for the World Day Against Human Trafficking our Center for Girls activists were in the streets raising awareness about human trafficking.
