About three thousand people saw the street action held by the Center for Girls on the occasion of the celebration of October 18, European Day Against Trafficking In Human Beings.

Passers-by could see the messages:

"Forced begging is a form of human trafficking", "Child marriage and forced marriage are part of human trafficking", "Forced thievery is part of human trafficking", "Human trafficking is a serious crime".

Human trafficking is a serious crime that involves buying and selling a person for the purpose of exploiting them. Anyone can be a trafficker or a victim of human trafficking, although the trafficker is usually a well-known and close person whom the victim trusts.

Human trafficking includes: forced prostitution (sexual exploitation), forced labor (labor exploitation), forced begging, forced marriage, forced domestic work, force to commit criminal acts, organ trafficking (forced harvesting of organs for their sale).

The Center for Girls is part of the Anti-Trafficking Network.

Thank you Copernicus Kcn Television for covering today's action.
