Completed training “Children in a street situation – prevention of violence and discrimination through multi-sector cooperation”
The three-day training “Children in a street situation – prevention of violence and discrimination through multi-sector cooperation” was organized by the Center for Girls and it discussed:
*to who are the children in the street situation
*social concept of child labor
*legislative framework
*challenges and potential solutions in a multisectoral approach
*steps of potential cooperation

20 representatives of institutions and CSOs from Niš participated in the training in Sokobanja: CZSR, MUP, Criminal Court, Prosecution, Dom Duško Radovic, Shelter, School of Fashion and Beauty, School of Law and Business, School of Economics, o.š. Vuk Karadžiç and Protekta.
Trainers: Aleksandra Šijan and Dragana Vučković from the Center for Youth Integration.
The training is part of the project “Carefree and safe – let’s prevent violence against children who live and work/beg on the street and/or live in poverty” supported by the European Union through DAPHNE (EuroChild).
