INTERNATIONAL DAY OF ACTION FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH AND REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS

Activists of the Center for Girls marked the International Day of Action for Women’s Health and Reproductive Rights by distributing informative leaflets on the prevention of cervical cancer, in Obrenovićeva Street and in front of the Delta shopping center.

More than 300 citizens received information about screening, early detection and treatment of cervical cancer, from which, every day, 1 woman dies and 4 get ill from, in Serbia. We reminded them about the availability of the HPV vaccine and the importance of regular gynecological examinations.
