V-Day in Niš: “The Vagina Monologues” as a Symbol of Women’s Struggle and Empowerment

The staged reading of the performance “The Vagina Monologues” is traditionally held on February 14 in more than 150 countries around the world. On this occasion, on February 14, 2026, the Center for Girls organized a performance on the Chamber Stage of the Student Cultural Center, performed by 14 girls and women. This marks the 28th year of V-Day, meaning the performance has been staged for that long worldwide, and the 15th year it has been performed by the Center for Girls.
