UNITE AND ACT FOR THE EU: Establishing a Network of Women Activists, Initiatives and Organizations in Southeastern Serbia

Our partners from Romani Asvin held the first part of the seminar dedicated to establishing a network of marginalized women in southeastern Serbia. Activists, organizations and initiatives from Zaječar, Pirot, Niš, Belgrade and Kruševac took part in the meeting.

The working atmosphere was highly inspiring – participants worked actively, exchanged experiences, defined common goals and laid the foundations for further cooperation. The meeting was successful, filled with motivation and a clear vision of the next steps. In the spirit of the upcoming New Year holidays, a small festive workshop was also organized, where participants and partners exchanged messages of support, holiday wishes and symbolic gifts. This warm atmosphere further strengthened the sense of unity and solidarity.

The activity was carried out within the project “Let’s Unite and Act for the EU: Young Women from Marginalized Communities Empowered to Engage in Activism in Southern and Eastern Serbia”, supported by the European Union through the EuropeAid program.
